behindtalkies is independently owned and operated as a sole-proprietorship registered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. No external investor, holding company, or political party has an ownership stake.

How we are funded

Operations are funded through:

Display advertising — banners and contextual ads served via standard programmatic networks (Google AdSense, etc.).
Sponsored content — clearly labelled "Sponsored" or "Partner content" at the top of each piece. See our Editorial Policy for the firewall between sponsored work and the newsroom.
Affiliate links — where we recommend products, we may earn a commission if a reader clicks through and buys. Affiliate links are disclosed in the article they appear in.

We do not accept:

Direct payments from political parties or election candidates
Cryptocurrency-token sponsorships (until India's regulatory regime stabilises)
Funding that comes with editorial conditions

The site has no political affiliation. The proprietor is not a member of any political party. Coverage of political events follows our Editorial Policy — we report, we don't endorse.
